Framewiz Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Framewiz application ("App") provided by RG Nexora Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (managed via Firebase Authentication). You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. RG Nexora Technology reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.

3. User-Generated Content & Ownership

Framewiz provides tools to create posters, banners, and marketing assets. You retain all ownership rights to the content you create. Because we utilize a strict zero-upload policy, your final exports are saved locally on your device. You are solely responsible for ensuring your creations do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

4. In-App Purchases & Payments

Certain premium features within Framewiz may require payment. All transactions are securely processed through Cashfree.

  • By initiating a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout.
  • Due to the digital nature of the services, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless mandated by local law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Framewiz application, including its original code, rendering engine, design assets, and UI components, is the exclusive property of RG Nexora Technology. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

Framewiz is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. RG Nexora Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data (e.g., deleted local storage files) or loss of business arising from your use of the application.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
